Seems other URLs not mentioned in the original post above were also deprecated. I think the 2 below were good candidates for being redirected and wouldn't suffer from the same issues described in the main post:

We do not add them manually. New callsigns usually appear within a few days of issuance, but on rare occasions it can take up to 10 days. Once your callsign appears, log out and then back in and you should be able to make any applicable changes or additions to your page.
