A new block of tickets will go on sale for the Tony Award-winning Broadway production of STRANGER THINGS: THE FIRST SHADOW. Tickets go on sale on January 9 at 10:00AM ET.

Stranger Things has a canon stage play, First Shadow, that reveals the truth about how Vecna got his otherworldly powers.

The First Shadow is still running on Broadway at the Marquis Theatre. Get updated run dates (through June 28, 2026), showtimes (7 p.m. plus 1 p.m. matinees), holiday-week changes, and ticket prices from $59.

Until the Stranger Things spinoff and animated series come to Netflix, fans can still enjoy the universe with the Stranger Things: The First Shadow play. The stage show — which was written by Kate Refry from an original story by the Duffer Brothers and Jack Thorne — has been running on Broadway since April 2025.
