Radar Update 840 PM - Moderate to locally heavy snow continues across SE OH and north-central WV with rates around 0.5" to 1.0" per hr. Temperatures are beginning to drop into the 20s. Additional heavier snow bands are developing and pushing south into NE KY and central WV.
